About the Coaches:
Brian is a triathlon coach who started his coaching career by taking a position as an assistant coach at a year round swim program in NC in 1994. That experience hooked him on coaching and now almost 20 years later he coaches triathletes, duathletes, cyclists, runners and other endurance athletes around the world. In this time he has coached everyone from cyclists, mountain bikers, triathletes crossing the finish line for the first time, World Champion age group triathletes and professional triathletes. His athletes have won races or their age groups in local triathlons, 70.3′s and Ironman’s around the world.
Brian received his BS in Exercise Science with concentrations in Human Performance and Health from East Carolina University. He is well versed in using, analyzing and racing by power. As a former swim coach he can analyze and correct swim flaws and write swim sets that improve performance in the water instead of just racking up distance.
He coaches athletes around the world utilizing his depth and breadth of knowledge. His goal is simple: To help you become faster than you’ve ever been. All his coaching programs are designed around your lifestyle, your particular skills, strengths and weaknesses. he takes into account where you’ve been and where you want to go. Then designs the journey to get you there given your constraints in life.
In 2004 Brian purchased the legacy business to Accelerate 3 Coaching and launched the re-branded company in 2005. Since that launch Accelerate 3 athletes have been standing on podiums around the world.
