AeroCamp 3.0

AeroCamp 3

Is that new aero helmet really helping you go faster? Could it be making you slower? Is where you’re carrying your nutrition slowing you down? Which race kit is fastest? How do you find out? You could guess or you take the word of others. Or you could attend AeroCamp, the only triathlon camp where you don’t go to train, but to test. And you walk away faster. Sound like your kind of camp? Join Accelerate 3 Coaching and HD Coaching in Carson City, CA on Saturday and Sunday, February 28-March 1, 2015 as we bring AeroCamp 3.0 back to the LA Velodrome.

Clothing testing at AeroCamp

  • “I left AeroCamp with a faster position, quicker setup, and immense amount of new knowledge, all of which played a big part in my two ITU Age-Group World Championship gold medals in Edmonton. AeroCamp is a must do for those looking to push the limits.” – Jack T.

At AeroCamp we will get your position, aero helmet choice, clothing and nutrition/fluid carrying options dialed-in to help you ride your fastest bike splits. AeroCamp has teamed up with some of the leading triathlon companies around the world to help you become faster than you have ever dreamed possible. Coure of Switzerland,KiwamiDark Speed Works & Torhans are supplying AeroCamp 3.0 with samples of the most advanced clothing and storage options for your personal testing. Through AeroCamp, you’ll have the chance to test the newest cutting edge equipment and clothing – often before it’s released to the general public.

The first session of AeroCamp is Saturday morning when we teach you how to ride around the velodrome. You’ll learn how to move up and down the track, sweep through the turns and blast down the straightaways like a pro! You’ll leave this session with newly acquired skills that you’ll then use during testing.

The Saturday afternoon and Sunday sessions are dedicated to testing. Each camper gets 2 hours (minimum) track time for testing. During this time, your position will be dialed-in and your equipment choices scrutinized. You’ll leave your testing session knowing exactly which aero helmet, clothing and nutrition set-up is the fastest one for you.

Past AeroCamp participants have reduced their ironman-distance bike splits between 4 and 16 minutes, won multiple Gold Medals at the ITU Age Group World Championships, won TX and PA State Time Trial titles, garnered top 10 pro finishes and set numerous PB’s across all distances. There is no bigger return on investment, no equipment you can buy, no training you can do that will make you faster in less time than AeroCamp.

  • “In January 2014 my FTP started at 318 and rose to 353 in October. In 10 months of training I gained 35 watts. After attending AeroCamp, I reduced my drag by 15 watts. That’s the equivalent of 4 months of training – in two hours of testing.”  – Adam F.

AeroCamp 3.0 is February 28th through March 1st, 2015. Cost is $700. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. To register or for further info contact Brian ataccelerate3@gmail.com or Heath at heath@hdcoaching.net
